Orders & Returns

Orders

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered , unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, in which case you will have received a full refund

Delivery

Our policy is that delivery is free for 90% of our items, where there is need for enhanced carriage cover (solar panels) or heavy items (airconditioning units) this is displayed at the checkout.

For fraud prevention purposes we only ship to addresses in the UK, some area's of the UK may incur an additional shipping cost, we will advise of these before the shipment takes place and we will offer a full refund if you feel these are not acceptable.

You are free to collect items from our premises if we have them in stock. We aim to stock 75% of all online products, some products will be sent direct from our suppliers ,even if we have stock ourselves

All deliveries should be checked upon receipt, if an item is delivered damaged then it must

 be signed for as damaged, goods signed for as in good condition cannot be returned for

credit

  

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund, there is a restocking fee of 10% or minimum £10 for items in
corrrectly ordered. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item) items signed for in good condition cannot be returned for a refund if later found to be damaged, damaged items returned will not be refunded

 

faulty items should be returned to us for testing if found to be faulty we wil offer a replacement or refund, if the item is not faulty we will either return it or refund less our costs for carriage and testing.

All returns must be in the original packaging in new condition as sent, return collection cost is the responsibility of the consumer and will be deducted from any refund due.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return a item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll arrange a collection and notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item, items returned that are not faulty are subject to additional costs that will be taken out of the refunded amount
