The recent frequency change on the Astra 28 satellite has affected the Teleco range of automatic satellite systems including the popular magicsat and flatsat systems.
There is a software patch that needs to be loaded onto the control box to get the systems locking onto Astra 28 again, we are offering an update and return service to do this for you, send us your control box and the wall switch by special delivery so you are insured if it goes astray, we will update the software and test the box is working then return it to you via special delivery also
